Enduring Light Preaching Camp

Enduring Light Preaching Camp 2025 saw the growth of curriculum, staff, and students!

With so many young men returning to further their skills and friendships, ELPC added the Advance Track 1 (AT1) for young men who had attended camp more than twice. This year’s AT1 track included a class called Major Doctrines (The Church, Baptism, the Bible), and also a three hour course on Personal Evangelism. While they continued to brush up on the core curriculum, AT1 is our opportunity provide knowledge to young men the staff sees lacking in many congregations today. There are plans to continue AT1 next year and add an AT2 course of learning.

New teachers this year included Jamie Franke, Director of Midwest Ministry Training; Nick Griffin, President of Mid-South Christian College; and Rob Minto, Evangelist at New Somerset Christian Church, New Somerset, Ohio. Greg, Evan, and Nate Strickland, along with Tom Weaver – all Evangelists from across the nation – continued their teaching as well.

Chapel speakers featured men who were using their preaching skills in different way from being a “local evangelist”. The Sunday night speaker was Evangelist and musician Bryan Goins of Acts 84 Ministry; Monday was retired (“repurposed”) Evangelist Gary Henline; and Tuesday night’s chapel speaker was Daniel Richardson, local church elder.

Enduring Light Preaching Camp is a special week of inspiring, teaching, and training young men to be the spokesmen that God is seeking for His Church today.

Our young men, once again, did a fabulous job on Wednesday night preaching from the gospel of Mark. Thanks once again to ChristView Christian Church in Southaven, Mississippi, for hosting our preaching event. You can hear the young men’s inspired messages on The Rock Solid Podcast, Episode 261, on your favorite podcast engine. If you heard some of them last year, their growth in knowledge, skill, and enthusiasm will be evident!

Designed for ages 13-19 years old, we invite all young men who would like to explore the call of God to preach. Spend time with seasoned preachers learning about the science of language interpretation, building oratory skills, and discovering how to build and deliver a sermon that conveys Truth and inspires change.

The 2026 camp will be held again on the campus of Mid-South Christian College, Memphis, Tennessee, July 5-9.

The cost? Your time. The financial cost has been sponsored by The Atlas Uriah Fund.
